The 'A Fairer Coaching Project' is co-funded by the European Union and has produced an e-learning course that empowers coaches and instructors of sport to promote equality, inclusion, and prevent abusive or discriminatory behaviours in sports. It also focuses on supporting women and athletes with disabilities giving coaches and instructors the skills and knowledge to create inclusive environments and to foster positive coaching practices. The course is supported by the International Council for Coaching Excellence of which the PSIE is a member. 

 

This course very much aligns with the PSIE's purpose, mission, and values and it is available for FREE. We recommend that all PSIE members take this course. A certificate of attendance will be received by all participants on completion of the course.
